As part of sustainable finance, green banking products and services supports financial activities and practices which are ecofriendly. The financial decision of Gen Z has a tremendous role for the growth of digital banking that enhance adoption of green banking initiatives. This research will focus on assessing the degree to which Generation Z is familiar with the Green Banking products & services in Kochi, as well as determining the effects of education on awareness of the same. The study will also analyse the difference in awareness among male and female participants and will identify the difficulties that Generation Z encounters in using such products and services. Moreover, the research will assess the link between the importance of sustainability and the use of Green Financial Products. Increasing the amount of knowledge in Gen Z on the Green Banking products and services will not only boost transactions but also help in achieving green innovations.
